National Member At Large Application
Life Membership Fees are applied on a scale according to current age of applicant.
Applicants also have the option of an annual membership fee of $50.
Who is eligible?
Husband, Wife, Widower, Widow, Father, Mother, Grandfather, Grandmother, Son, Daughter, Grandson, Granddaughter, Brother and Sister.
Information required to submit application!
1. Veterans First and Last Name
2. Relationship to veteran
3. Foreign Service Start Date
4. Foreign Service End Date
5. Foreign Service Location(s)
6. Proof of Eligibility (DD 214 record or any formal record proving service including, but not limited to, hostile fire or imminent danger pay may be uploaded)
